Daniela
Daniela (33) was born in Munich, Germany. She took her fist yoga lesson 9 years ago in Sydney, Australia, where she
started practicing the dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga. She lived several years
in Laos where she worked for the United Nations in a remote village –
there she dived deeper into yoga practice and meditation. In Laos, she also
studied classic Lao and Thai massage.
She decided to spend a year in
Thailand where she pursued her yoga teacher training (Hatha Flow yoga with
the inspiring Shakti Mhi – http://www.shaktimhi.com)
and gave classes in a yoga studio. Moreoever, she advanced her practice and knowledge in pranayama and meditation with various teachers in India. Now Daniela teaches yoga and gives
yoga/massage workshops in Germany and yoga and meditation retreats in Spain. In January 2012 she will move to Asia for good.
Her style of yoga, Hatha flow, is a mixture of a dynamic style where your movement follows your breath, and classic Hatha yoga, which emphasizes the deep, meditative effect of the asanas. She also teaches Yin Yoga: a very calm and passive style, which is beautiful in the evening for deep relaxation. And she loves to work with energy, both in form of Chakra yoga classes and guided Heart energy meditations.
With yoga she found the balance and contentment which is so often lacking in our Western lifestyle. It makes the transition between her homes of relaxed Asia and hectic Europe much smoother, and she loves to see the effect yoga has on her students – it is truly powerful and enriching. Daniela would love to share this journey with you. Nanda

Nanda (33) was born in Amsterdam, Holland.
She did her Hatha yoga training (YA) with Shakti Mi in january 2009 and immediately after that started teaching.
She had discovered her passion and continues to constantly explore different inspirations of asana and various paths of yoga. In her teaching, she leans towards very precise anatomical instruction, building up from the foundation. Believing that being fully conscious of every aspect of the body in a pose prevents chatter in the mind creating focus and presence. And above all always to enjoy your practise and being kind to the body respecting its limits. During the class she keeps reminding her students to focus on the breath turning the practice into a moving meditation and not just only a physical exercise.
Nanda continues to play, laugh, study, travel and teach yoga in Thailand and wherever else she may find herself.
She feels a consistent gratitude for all the wonderful teachers she has met along her path and the abundance of blessings that life continues to bestow upon her.
