About
In Vinyasa Yoga, sometimes called flow Yoga, postures are linked with the breath in a flowing and dynamic series of movements, engaging both body and mind. Vinyasa Yoga can help to reduce stress, aid relaxation and bring you some calm, but it will also build strength and flexibility, giving you energy and a well-being that is physical as well as mental.
Julia Barnes, who is originally from Scotland, began a regular Yoga practice while living in New York City. Exploring Yoga as well as meditation, she discovered the subtle yet profound effects these practices had on her life and her physical and emotional well-being. Julia completed her Yoga teacher training in Paris with John Gaydos of YogaWorks, a California-based school.
